Preparing for your visit
To ensure a smooth grooming experience, please read our terms and conditions before your appointment.
Keep your dog's collar/harness and lead on when bringing them in, and please toilet your dog before arrival.
We will notify you by call or text when your dog is ready for collection, typically with 15 minutes' notice.
