At Canny Cuts Dog Grooming, we believe in clear and fair pricing for our high-quality services. Discover our range of grooming options and what's included to help you choose the best for your beloved companion.
Understanding our pricing
Our prices are quoted as "starting from" for each breed. These starting prices apply to pets that are professionally groomed on a regular schedule (a minimum of once per season, 4 times per year depending on breed) and whose coats are well maintained between professional grooms (kept tangle, knot, and matt-free by regular brushing or combing).
Additional costs may apply for:
- Matted, poorly maintained, and/or overgrown coats.
- Pets which are difficult to manage, aggressive, or uncooperative during grooming.
These situations require more time, labour, and/or product, and these costs are passed on to you. If we are unable to complete the service required due to aggression or behavioural problems, you will be charged the starting price of the groom. All costs are payable in full at the time you collect your pet.
Our grooming services
We use the most suitable products for your dog's hair type or any skin conditions they may have. All services include a health check.

Full groom
- As bath and tidy with addition of full clip and/or scissor style
Hand strip
- Full hand strip with bath and tidy
Cording
- Cording of coat with bath and tidy
Additional services and special treatments
We offer a range of extra services to ensure your dog looks and feels their best. Please ask us for pricing on these specific treatments.
- De-shedding using de-shed shampoo (and conditioner if needed)
- Flea shampoo (dogs with fleas will be charged an extra cost)
- Emmi-pet teeth cleaning
- Manual teeth cleaning
- Nail clipping (available as a standalone service)
